GetExcitedGirlWell Linda did get her letter this morning. Happiness for us!

I was looking at my surgery list, the first one on there, walking, I have been doing some more of lately. I’m no where near the not being in pain part yet, but something has made me motivated to go out and walk with the dogs and it feels amazing. I even walked from my house to my mums and to be able to do that, something I never ever thought I would do almost had me in tears. I don’t feel trapped in my house anymore, I can do things I want to do when I want to do them (almost!) I am still in so much pain though, but just getting out there and doing something for myself is very liberating to say the least.

The most I walked in one go was 2.8 miles I think, this is huge for me, I wouldn’t even go out my front door a few years ago and now me and the dogs are going off on our own and loving it. I do panic every time I walk past people (younger in particular) and I can’t walk without my dogs, they’re like my safety blanket, but I’m getting there, and now with this news of Lindas letter it’s not far away where I will be able to walk pain free with luck!
