The ALL Important… STATS!

I have gone this whole time without giving any details of my weight and before and during pics and I so hate those kinds of blogs, I like to see who I am reading and what they weighed!

So here is mine

November 2012 – 202kg/32st/448lb  – This is when I asked for surgery.

August 2014 – 163kg/25st 7lb/359lb – Pre op meeting.

November 2014 – 141kg/22st 3lb/311lbs – 8 weeks post surgery.

I agree. I believe that blogging is a way to be brave and being brave means laying it all out there–without a care of what anyone else thinks because the only person that really counts is you (when working on personal health and self-esteem improvement). Congratulations on your success. Kicking sugar isn’t easy to do. I have recently kicked the habit myself. You can read more about my journey at http://241journey.wordpress.com.
