Just a day closer, or is it further away?!

9 Feb

So yep, I’m still waiting.

I never ever thought it would take this long, but here I am about 18 months after I first asked for surgery and I feel no further along.

I rang Nia last month and she was hoping surgery would start up again last week.

Linda phoned her last week and I think they were starting surgery again last Wednesday, but it was for the people that were cancelled when the hospital had Novovirus :(

So I am still waiting, waiting for a letter that feels like it’s never going to come!
